Site Visit - We'll meet you on site to fully understand your goals and offer advice. There's no fee for this initial consultation and if you decide not to proceed, that's fine.
Features & Levels Survey - If you decide to proceed, we'll organize a survey within days to gather the necessary information.
Concept Design & Planning - Our team of architects and town planners will work together to create a preliminary sketch based on your brief and council regulations.
Meetings with Council - Our town planner will meet with the relevant council planning officers to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Reports & Plans - We'll organize any additional reports and plans required by the council, such as arborist, landscape, stormwater and engineering reports.
Final Documentation & Permit - We'll finalize the plans and prepare all the necessary documentation, including the Town Planning Report and submit it to the relevant council.
